Compensation: $145K – $185K base + equity + benefits - This range is reflective of level of contribution. Candidates who fully match what we’re looking for in this role will be at the top of the range.

About the Role
We’re hiring a recruiter who can build, not just manage. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across sales, marketing, and customer success, while flexing into product, engineering, and G&A. You’ll learn our business, partner with managers, and find people who raise the bar.
This role is for someone who can show real results in hiring. You’ll design a scalable recruiting system, find and engage great talent, and create a candidate experience that reflects who we are.
What You’ll Do
- Build a clear recruiting plan tied to company goals.
- Partner with managers to shape roles and hiring priorities.
- Create interview rubrics, scorecards, and a simple Recruiting SLA.
- Source, engage, and close talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Rippling, referrals, events, and outreach.
- Keep the process organized and candidates informed.
- Track and share key metrics like time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
- Improve our careers page and recruiting brand so the right people find us.
Who You Are
- 7–10 years recruiting for GTM roles in SaaS or Fintech.
- Experience hiring across sales, marketing, product, engineering, and operations.
- You can show real examples of the processes you built, hires you made, and results you achieved.
You know how to find and connect with passive talent. - You’ve helped improve how a company shows up to candidates, from job posts to the careers page.
- You communicate clearly, follow through, and treat every candidate with respect.
